You were right in saying that Galvanic DOES help those products permeate the skin in a more efficient fashion; however I feel it may be a bit misleading to state that most products do not permeate the stratum corneum. And, typically the stratum corneum is exfoliated in the beginning of a regimen; if done properly that in itself will help products seep into the skin past the intracellular cement in lower layers, provided the molecules are small enough and the product is used on a regular basis, every day. As you know, human body skin is ticker than the facial skin.
You don’t want such a strong vibrations going through your facial skin. 1 Mhz ( 1 million vibration per seconds) is more than enough for facial treatment. 3 Mhz is only for the body (arms, neck, and foot).
